- Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
- Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on your location within Sri Lanka. While we aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
- Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Bravon are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
- Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a return.
- Size Issues: Please refer to our Size Chart before ordering. Exchanges for size issues are subject to stock availability.
