Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview

At Bravon, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your T-shirt, we are here to assist you with our return and exchange process.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Tags: All original tags and labels must still be attached to the product.
  • Packaging: The item should ideally be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.

3. Exchanges (Size Issues)

We understand that sometimes the fit isn’t perfect:

  • Size Swap: We offer exchanges for different sizes, subject to stock availability.
  • Check the Chart: We highly recommend checking our Size Chart before purchasing to avoid fit issues.
  • Alternatives: If the required size is out of stock, we may offer an alternative design or a store credit.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If we made a mistake or if you received a faulty product:

  • Report: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Evidence: Send clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item to info@inbravon.com.
  • Resolution: We will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Notification: We will notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Method: Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method or bank transfer.
  • Timeline: It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Non-Refundable: Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
  • Faulty Items: If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the shipping costs.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items purchased during a Clearance Sale (unless damaged).
  • T-shirts that show signs of wear, perfume scents, or makeup stains.
